These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases, repairs, rentals, appointments and use of thepressurewashdepot.com from Pressure Wash Depot, 3918 Vero Road, Suite I, Arbutus, MD 21227 ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website, placing an order, booking an appointment, or leaving equipment with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Products and pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, photos, prices and availability accurate, but errors can happen. Prices may change without notice, and we may cancel or refuse any order affected by a pricing or stock error. If that happens after you have paid, we will refund you in full. Sales tax is charged as required by Maryland law.
2. Orders, payment and pickup
Payment is due at the time of purchase unless we agree otherwise in writing. Online orders are confirmed when you receive a confirmation from us. Pickup orders should be collected during business hours (Monday–Friday, 7am–5pm). Please call ahead if you need to arrange a different time.
3. Returns and exchanges
Unused items in their original, undamaged packaging may be returned or exchanged with proof of purchase. Ask in store or call us for current return details. For safety reasons, opened chemicals and detergents, electrical parts that have been installed, special orders and clearance items cannot be returned. Defective items are handled under the manufacturer's warranty (see Section 4).
4. Warranties
New equipment and parts carry only the manufacturer's warranty, where one is provided. We are happy to help you file a warranty claim. Except where Maryland law does not allow it, we do not add any other warranties of our own, express or implied.
5. Service and repairs
A diagnostic fee may apply to equipment brought in for service. We will contact you with an estimate before starting work that goes beyond what you approved. Repair times depend on parts availability. Replaced parts may be discarded unless you ask to keep them. Equipment left more than 30 days after we notify you that it is ready may be subject to storage charges or treated as abandoned, as permitted by Maryland law. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear, or for problems caused by misuse, freezing, incorrect fuel or oil, or lack of maintenance.
6. Equipment rentals
Renters must be 18 or older and show a valid photo ID. A deposit or card on file may be required. Rental equipment must be returned on time, clean and in the same condition it was rented, apart from normal wear. Renters are responsible for late fees, fuel, cleaning, and loss of or damage to the equipment while it is rented. Renters assume all risk of use and must follow the operating and safety instructions provided.
7. Car wash appointments
Appointments booked online are reserved for your vehicle at the selected time. Please arrive on time. If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible. Remove valuables from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or aftermarket parts, or damage caused by an existing vehicle defect.
8. Safety
Pressure washers and cleaning chemicals can cause serious injury or property damage if misused. Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions and the product label, wear appropriate protective equipment, and keep children and pets away. Our staff can offer general guidance, but you are responsible for how you use any product or equipment.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product, service or rental is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, such as lost profits or downtime.
10. Website use
Content on this website, including text, logos and images, belongs to Pressure Wash Depot or its suppliers and may not be copied without permission. Information on the site is provided for general purposes and may change at any time. Your use of personal information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Maryland consumer protection law.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page applies to purchases, services and rentals made after the date shown above.
